Week 1 - Jacqui Challinor

Celebrated for her innovative culinary prowess, Jacqui Challinor is an acclaimed chef best known for her 11-year stint at Nomad Group as Executive Chef of the recently opened Reine & La Rue and Nomad, one of Australia's most celebrated restaurants. Jacqui is known for her passion for cooking with fire, but for this project, she has stepped outside her traditional expertise to embark on a sweet new adventure.

Drawing inspiration from summer holidays with endless trips to the local milk bar, Jacqui has crafted a series of gelato creations that evoke the nostalgia of her youth.

~Chocolate Crackle~
Milk chocolate gelato, dark chocolate crackle.

~Bubble O'Bill~
Bubblegum & strawberry gelato, milk chocolate stracciatella gelato, gumball. GF 

~Finger Bun~
Burnt butter gelato, toasted brioche topped with strawberry buttercream & coconut.
