Good food, good wine, and good times are the name of the game at Manzé where produce from local suppliers and small growers is cooked with Island flavour and style.That same island style is what Nagesh is bringing to the table for his three creations.
Coconut gelato, lightly roasted grapes, creamed cornbread, toasted coconut.
Marzipan gelato, quince jelly, basil seeds, evaporated milk syrup.
Mauritian vanilla bean gelato, pineapple jam, toasted coconut flakes, spiced rum syrup.
All of Nagesh’s flavours have been created using gluten free ingredients, however his flavours may contain traces of gluten.
