Week 6 - Charlie Carrington, Atlas Dining

Known for his boundary-pushing culinary style, Charlie is celebrated for his ever-evolving, globally inspired menu at Atlas Dining, where he focuses on exploring new cuisines and techniques with each season. Known for his bold creativity, Charlie opened Atlas Dining at the age of 22, making him one of Australia's youngest chefs to earn a Chef’s Hat from The Age Good Food Guide.

This time, he’s venturing into a whole new realm—gelato—infusing his creations with the same creativity and boldness that has made him a standout in Melbourne’s dining scene.
