Week 7 - Audrey Allard, Holy Sugar
Audrey is the founder and creative force behind Holy Sugar, a beloved dessert shop in Northcote, and is known for her bold and playful approach to desserts. She gained prominence during the pandemic with her hit dessert box delivery service, which quickly evolved into a brick-and-mortar bakery known for its nostalgic yet creative treats. Her baking style reflects a passion for creating comforting, nostalgic desserts, often inspired by childhood favourites. Her process for creating these flavours was deeply personal to ensure she did her younger self justice. Audrey has crafted three sentimental gelato flavours that draw directly from her childhood memories
