Pricing Policy
‍All our prices are Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).

Refund Policy‍
Please make your selection carefully as we don’t normally provide refunds where you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer you the option to choose between an exchange or credit, but this will be at our sole discretion. If you have ordered a cake, unfortunately, these are non-refundable, as they will have been made especially for you.

Piccolina Gelateria will provide a full refund for major faults or defects.

Delivery Policy
All orders placed can be collected from any one of our stores. Unfortunately, we do not deliver at this time.

Piccolina will accept orders up to 90 days before the collection of goods.
